Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef bones (marrow or knuckle)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 carrots chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 10 cups water
Instructions
- 1. Place the beef bones in the Instant Pot and add the apple cider vinegar.
- 2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery on top of the bones.
- 3. Pour in 10 cups of water, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
- 4. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 120 minutes.
- 5. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 30 minutes before carefully switching the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
