Cuisine: American
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup cucumber, grated
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2. Form the beef mixture into kebab shapes around skewers, pressing firmly to ensure they hold their shape while cooking.
- 3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the beef is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
- 4. While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the tzatziki by combining the grated cucumber, coconut yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- 5. Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with the tzatziki on the side for dipping.
