Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced onion and green bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
