Spicy Keto Ricotta-Almond Fritters
Golden, pan-seared fritters made with ricotta and almond flour, laced with herbs and a medium kick of spice.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan, green onions, parsley, jalapeño, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2. Heat 1.5 tablespoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of batter into the skillet, flattening gently with a spatula. Cook 3-4 fritters at a time.
- 4. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip carefully and cook the other side.
- 5. Repeat with remaining batter, adding the rest of the oil as needed. Drain on paper towels.
- 6. Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley or a dollop of ricotta if desired.
