- 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
