Spicy Keto Ricotta-Almond Fritters with Herb Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 2 each Large eggs
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil (for frying)
- 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan, parsley, chives, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- 2. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture per fritter and gently shape into small patties (about 12 total). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry fritters in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and set. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- 4. For the dip: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir in extra chives or parsley if desired.
- 5. Serve fritters warm with the herbed yogurt dip on the side.
