Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, in a large skillet over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, capers, and lemon juice. Stir gently and allow to simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the smoked salmon and fresh dill to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 4. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
