- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1. In a medium bowl, toss the thinly sliced flank steak with cornstarch until well coated.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
