- 1 large puff pastry sheet
- 2 cups finely chopped mushrooms

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- 3. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and cook until all the moisture has evaporated. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
