- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
