Nut-Free Apple Crumble with Seed Topping

Ingredients
- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with half of the cinnamon and half of the maple syrup. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, remaining cinnamon, and melted coconut oil. Add the rest of the maple syrup and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- 4. Evenly sprinkle the seed topping mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
