- 1 pound ground turkey

- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and shredded carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Season the turkey and vegetable mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
