Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated tofu for about 10 minutes, turning until golden and slightly crispy.
- 4. While the tofu is cooking, steam the bao buns according to the package instructions until they are soft and fluffy.
- 5. Assemble the bao buns by placing some cooked tofu, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot inside each bun. Serve warm.
