Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, ground cumin, and garlic powder until well mixed.
- 3. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- 4. Fill each corn tortilla with a spoonful of the bean mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese, then roll them up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
